Later Life Age 40-60
At this particular stage in my life I served the Lord passionately through reading His Word and prayer. He has always been there for me and my family when we found ourselves in need. He especially helped me when my daughter came to the age of maturity. I became distraught about not being able to protect her from the horrible world I had known at one time. I ended up in the psychiatric hospital in order to overcome my fears. It was discovered I had Bipolar 1.
I finally found closure and healing and God restored my womanly innocence to its originality through a Christian therapist. I earned my Masters in Social Work and this education He gave me a novel therapy for working with persons who have had their innocence taken away during their childhood and I have told my story in my book and have created (by God’s creative wisdom) a workbook for therapists to work with persons who need the same healing and closure I found in Him—in the book I tell my testimony and God’s plan of salvation inviting all that read it to follow the Lamb (Jesus).
