About Pamela Elaine

My name is Pamela Elaine Lockridge. I am a survivor of child sexual abuse which was perpetrated against me from the age of 4-18 by my mother’s second husband. I have written about my story and healing path through my book entitled “Abused from Four to Eighteen: A Survivors Fast Track to Mental Wholeness”. Within the pages I share the novel therapy I designed. The client and clinician use my companion workbook to my book entitled “Grief Stages Plus Narrative Therapy”. Clients use the workbook to reprocess their narrative; as aid in the path to full mental functioning. I founded this therapy through my studies to become a master’s level social worker. It is also based on my healing journey utilizing this new therapy to find complete closure, that brought me remarkably functional mental health; in spite of the horrific trauma I lived through.

I am a college educated individual; who does not believe that because I have degrees, that I am better than anyone else. I believe that every person is equal in the sight of the Almighty, the Creator of heaven and earth. I also believe that there is no better teacher in life, than experience.

Therefore, life experience is what makes each of us unique and powerful in our own life, when each individual chooses to live it within the love and golden rule Jesus taught.
