Living Close to Him through His Word
It is most wonderful to be able to spend time with my Creator. The One Who owns the world and all who dwell therein.
Psalm 24:1 The earth is the Lord’s, and the fullness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein.
And there is nothing like His salvation in my life.
Psalm 25: 4-5 Make me to know Your ways, O Lord; teach me Your paths. Lead me in Your truth and teach me, for You are the God of my salvation; for You I wait all the day long.
And there is nothing like His guidance in my life.
Psalm 119: 105 His Word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.
And there is nothing like His presence in my life.
Psalm 145: 18 The Lord is near to all who call upon Him, to all who call upon Him in truth.
Father,
You are holy, all-powerful, and wise. Where can I go but to You, O Lord for refreshing everyday by resting in Your presence. Your Word washes me and I am made clean as I abide in You Lord Jesus. Help me as I seek Your plan and will for my life daily. I trust in You alone. I give to You all my love. Please look upon Your servant and have mercy upon me as I ask for forgiveness for all my sins. Help me to live a life that is holy and pleasing to You. I am covered over with Your robe of righteousness.
